Responsible for the overall operation and management of back-office tasks such as accounting, general affairs, legal affairs, human resources, course management, and customer support.
Reason for Joining
When I felt anxious about the mundane daily routine, I encountered Yayoi-san’s course, which combines English and the philosophy of success. I resigned from the financial institution where I worked for 15 years. I resonated with the mission and hoped to support the secretariat.
How I Changed After Joining
I used to worry too much about correctness and others’ reactions, but now I can act with my own axis firmly in place. I realized that accepting myself as I am and prioritizing self-care ultimately brings happiness to those around me.♪
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for operating English courses, head of interpretation dispatch business, interpreter translation, and ®️ English YouTube video translation supervision.
Reason for Joining
I wanted more people to know about the excellence of the interpreter course, the predecessor of the Speed Interpretation Entrepreneurship Course, which I myself took. This led me to propose a management method to Yayoi-sensei and assist with course operations, leading to the current position.
How I Changed After Joining
I find great satisfaction in the discretion of my work, which allows me to constantly consider and judge optimal solutions due to the constant change. I have become more conscious of beauty and health daily, leading to a happier disposition!

Primarily responsible for creating materials for main courses, intensive courses, experience sessions, and overall improvement and enhancement of courses.

After taking courses with Yayoi Oguma, my mentor in mindset and interpretation, I was inspired to blossom our talents by genuinely loving and forgiving ourselves, aiming to realize “living an infinitely rich and happy life” among the 8 billion people on Earth.

Responsible for website operation, community site introduction and operation, email/newsletter distribution, advertising management, creative management, and other general back-office tasks.
Reason for Joining
I encountered Yayoi sensei at Clubhouse in 2021, and everything vague and ambiguous became clear. I was convinced that the method was genuine. I also resonated with the “world peace” mission and decided to join.

Self-proclaimed CKO, Chief Kataduke(tidy up) Officer. Responsible for data organization, consideration and support for introducing new systems, and internal organization.
Reason for Joining
As a coaching and practical data organization member, I joined the team through the introduction of a senior “Konmari Consultant.” I support establishing an environment where everyone in the company can work comfortably and efficiently across departments.
How I Changed After Joining
I have been practicing “tidying up” in various fields. It is very stimulating to repeat hypotheses and verification with a sense of speed in approaching the ideal we envision. I have grown significantly both in practical and mindset aspects.

I encountered the Morning Live about four years ago. I was convinced that Yayoi-san, who delivers such high-quality information every morning, is genuine. I searched for something I could do and decided to join the team.

I learned about team recruitment while taking the Life of Abundance Mindset term seven and, despite feeling nervous, applied my intuition! If I could, I thought it would be wonderful to spread Yayoi-sensei’s Okoraku® Method, the world’s most understandable and life-changing method.

During the training, besides the work, activities such as visiting the Atomic Bomb Dome and Miyajima and creative activities are conducted, providing an opportunity to experience the best teamwork through communication with members who cannot meet directly during remote work.
