Cancellation and Termination of Application
  1. Cooling-off Period: You can cancel the contract by notifying us in writing within eight days from the day of completing the application and payment, which includes participating in explanatory meetings or tial sessions and completing video viewing. We will promptly refund the received course fees. For cancellations outside this period, the conditions in 02. and beyond apply.

    Please inform us of the application date, applicant name, and applied course, and let us know that you wish to cancel.

  2. If a student cancels during the usage period after the cooling-off period has ended, no refund will be made. However, that information takes precedence if there is different information in explanatory meetings, trial sessions, or course introduction videos.
  3. If a student notifies us of cancellation by the end of the business day, one day before the start of the usage period from the end of the cooling-off period, the student can cancel the service.

    In this case, we will refund the amount minus a cancellation fee of 15,000 yen from the already received course fees.

    The student is responsible for the remittance fee when refunding.

    Note that once a student has completed the first login to the student site, cancellation is not possible for any reason, and no usage fee will be refunded.
